Guest Access: The very bright apartment is located in a 1930s building, two tram stops from the Polytechnic or a 5-minute walk. Ground floor with  half-day concierge service. It is a wide space with bedroom area at mezzanine, fully equipped kitchen area and bathroom with shower, all just renovated with quality materials, cement/resin  floor throughout the house, air conditioning. The loft apartment is truly exclusive …. everything that can be used to make your stay unique.

Neighborhood: Residential district, semi-central and lively, but quiet, full of shops and bars for excellent breakfasts, cafes and restaurants; supermarket open until 10pm at 100 meters. Well connected by public transport. Garage in front of the house.
