L’alloggio: Al secondo piano di un palazzo signorile anni ’50, all’interno di un complesso di palazzi recintati da cancello, proponiamo in locazione un  luminoso bilocale.
L’appartamento è caratterizzato dalla funzionalità degli spazi: dall’ingresso tramite un corridoio si accede al soggiorno, poi alla cucina abitabile e quindi la zona notte: disimpegno armadiato su bagno finestrato dotato di doccia. La camera da letto è spaziosa, armadio a 6 ante grandi.  Riscaldamento centralizzato e aria condizionata in ogni stanza. Una soluzione ideale per single e coppie, manager in trasferta che desiderano coniugare una delle zone più comode di Milano e la tranquillità dell’abitare.

Accesso Ospiti: Dal cancello a piano terra si entra da una porta vetro in un ingresso e tramite ascensore saliamo al secondo piano. Varcata la soglia si entra nell’appartamento in un ingresso  e poi nei vari locali: dall’ingresso tramite un corridoio si accede al soggiorno, poi alla cucina abitabile quindi la zona notte: disimpegno armadiato su bagno finestrato dotato di doccia. La camera da letto è spaziosa, armadio a 6 ante grandi.  Riscaldamento centralizzato e aria condizionata in ogni stanza. Bagno con doccia. Cucina abitabile super accessoriata grande frigorifero, TV , macchina del caffè Nespresso, lavastoviglie, forno ecc.  Pavimenti in marmo. Fermata della metropolitana M1 Gorla vicino a casa.

Il quartiere: Il quartiere è residenziale e nello stesso tempo vivace, ricco di negozi e locali, mercatini, botteghe storiche e multietniche. Ristorantini, locali, baretti all’aperto…

Un giro nei dintorni: L’appartamento è ben servito dai mezzi pubblici; fermata M1 GORLA a 500 metri. Supermercati e negozi di ogni genere a pochi passi.

On the second floor of a well maintained 1950s building, within a gated complex, we offer for rent a bright one-bedroom apartment.
The flat is characterised by the functionality of the spaces: the entrance through a corridor leads to the living room, then to the eat-in kitchen, then to the sleeping area: wardrobe hallway to windowed bathroom with shower. The bedroom is spacious, wardrobe with 6 large doors. Central heating and air conditioning in every room. An ideal solution for singles and couples, managers on the move who wish to combine one of the most convenient areas of Milan and the tranquillity of living.

Guest Access:

From the gate on the ground floor we enter through a glass door into an entrance hall and via a lift we go up to the second floor. Crossing the threshold we enter the flat into an entrance hall and then into the various rooms: from the entrance hall through a corridor we enter the living room, then the eat-in kitchen and then the sleeping area: wardrobe hallway to the windowed bathroom with shower. The bedroom is spacious, wardrobe with 6 large doors. Central heating and air conditioning in every room. Bathroom with shower. Super-equipped eat-in kitchen with large fridge, TV, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, oven etc. Marble floors. Underground station M1 Gorla near the house.

The neighborhood: The neighbourhood is residential and at the same time lively, full of shops and clubs, markets, historical and multi-ethnic shops.

A tour around the area: The flat is well served by public transport; M1 GORLA stop 500 metres away. Supermarkets and shops of all kinds within walking distance.
