Ci troviamo al primo piano senza ascensore. Varcata la soglia si accede in una piacevole zona living da cui si entra in un cucinotto attrezzato. Balcone che affaccia sul cortile. Una grande camera matrimoniale con ampia cabina armadio, bagno finestrato con doccia. Pavimenti in parquet. Appartamento dotato di ogni confort e comodità. Ideale sia per viaggi d’affari sia per turisti. Il quartiere: Il quartiere è residenziale e nello stesso tempo vivace, ricco di negozi e locali, a cinque minuti a piedi dal Tribunale, dieci minuti da Piazza San Babila. Si trova nel centro di Milano, a pochi passi da Piazza Cinque Giornate e a 15 minuti a piedi da Piazza del Duomo. Zona molto richiesta raggiungibile con diversi mezzi di trasporto.

Un giro nei dintorni: Appartamento luminoso situato in zona centrale, precisamente in Via Cellini, molto tranquilla ma soprattutto famosa per il fascino milanese tipico che si respira. Con una piacevole passeggiata si raggiunge in 10 minuti San Babila ed in 15 minuti il Duomo. In zona sono presenti tantissimi locali, ristoranti, oltre a bar, supermercati, farmacie, ecc. Troverete a pochi passi tutto quello di cui avrete bisogno… A 2 minuti si trovano le fermate dei tram 9 (Stazione Centrale Porta Romana) e 19 (Duomo Cadorna Stazione Lambrate) 12 che attraversa la città (Duomo, Brera, Monumentale) bus 60 per la Stazione Centrale. A 5 minuti a piedi dalla vicina fermata della metro blu ”Tricolore” che vi permetterà di arrivare all’aeroporto di Linate in 10 minuti.

We are located on the first floor without a lift. Once you cross the threshold you enter a pleasant living area from which you enter an equipped kitchenette. Balcony overlooking the courtyard. A large double bedroom with large walk-in closet, bathroom with window and shower. Parquet floors. Apartment equipped with every comfort and convenience. Ideal for both business and tourist trips. The house is fully air conditioned, with heating and air conditioning, and there is optical fiber which makes the Wi-Fi connection particularly fast and perfect for smart working.
The apartment is equipped with high quality sheets and towels. Bike parking in the courtyard.

The neighborhood: The neighborhood is residential and at the same time lively, full of shops and clubs, five minutes walk from dowtown, ten minutes from Piazza San Babila. It is located in the center of Milan, a few steps from Piazza Cinque Giornate and a 15-minute walk from Piazza del Duomo. Highly sought after area reachable by various kind of transports.

A tour around the area: Bright apartment located in the central area, precisely in Via Cellini, very quiet but above all famous for the typical Milanese charm that can be felt. With a pleasant walk you can reach San Babila in 10 minutes and the Duomo in 15 minutes. In the area there are many restaurants, as well as bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. everything you need you’ll find here.  Two minutes away are the tram stops 9 (Porta Romana Central Station) and 19 (Duomo Cadorna Lambrate Station) 12 which drives through the city (Duomo, Brera, Monumentale) bus 60 to the Central Station. A 5-minute walk from the nearby ”Tricolore” blue metro stop which will allow you to arrive at Linate airport in 10 minutes.
