Accesso Ospiti: Si entra nella palazzina da una galleria con bar e negozi confinante con il parcheggio esclusivo. Dalla portineria con custode presente tutto il giorno si sale al settimo piano con ascensore. Varcata la soglia si accede all’appartamento arredato con grande gusto. Il soggiorno è molto accogliente e si affaccia sul primo terrazzo con vista sulle basiliche milanesi e sui tetti più antichi. Da  un grazioso tinello si accede alla piccola cucina attrezzata e sul secondo grande terrazzo panoramico con vista a 360° sui tetti storici del centro di Milano, arredato con tavolo e sedie per cene nel verde sui tetti di Milano.  Zona notte con una grande e luminosa camera da letto matrimoniale. Bagno con vasca e doccia. Pavimenti in parquet in tutta la casa. Aria condizionata.

Il quartiere: il quartiere è centralissimo. Potrete andare, fare, chiedere qualsiasi cosa e la troverete nell’arco di pochi minuti. Negozi, ristoranti, monumenti, musei, il fascino nascosto delle vie e dei palazzi più belli di Milano.

Un giro nei dintorni: l’appartamento è ben servito dai mezzi pubblici; fermata metropolitana M1 Duomo e M3 Missori, Tram n. 12-16-19-24. Posto auto privato sotto casa.

Accommodation: Large two-room apartment with planted terraces, bright, welcoming and well furnished. We are located in the prestigious Historic Center, on the seventh floor with lift of a 1950s building.

Guest Access: You enter the building from a gallery with bars and shops close to the private parking. From the concierge with a caretaker present all day, go up to the seventh floor with a lift. Crossing the threshold you enter the apartment furnished with great taste. The living room is very welcoming and overlooks the first terrace with a 360° view over the Milanese basilicas and the oldest roofs. From a nice dining room you can access the small equipped kitchen and the second large private terrace a “green oasis”, furnished with table and chairs for dinners in the greenery over the rooftops of Milan. Sleeping area with a large and bright double bedroom. Bathroom with tub and shower. Parquet floors throughout the house. Air conditioning.

Neighborhood: the location is absolutely the most central you can imagine in Milan…. You can go, do, ask for anything and you will find it in a few minutes. Shops, restaurants, monuments, museums, the hidden charm of the most beautiful streets and buildings in Milan.
